We hope you are having a good Easter break so far! As part of our Crowdfunder campaign we figured  it'd be nice to give you an idea of what happens behind the scenes at The Real Junk Food Project Brighton! Over the next few weeks we will be introducing you to the people who have enabled TRJFPB to happen. At the moment we have six Directors and a number of amazing volunteers, without whom we would struggle to save all those tonnes of food from landfill. First up we'd like to introduce you to one of our directors - Jess Hooper!

Jess is an avid traveller, she has spent time in India, South Africa, Europe, and Mexico, working with children and animals, and is now attempting a new project to live waste-free which she writes of in her blog The Rubbish Junkie. She joined TRJFPB as a Director at the start of 2015.
